How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes between 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition drops or clearance items may be marked as final sale.
How should I care for my Drop Dead garments?
To preserve the quality of our custom prints and fabrics, we recommend washing items inside out on a cold cycle and hanging them to air dry. Avoid ironing directly on graphic prints.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Most of our collections are released in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity. While we occasionally restock core basics, most graphic collections are one-time releases. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified of any surprise restocks.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Afterpay in select regions.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 60 minutes of the order being placed. Please contact our support team immediately if you need assistance.
